Workshop Costs––––Payment Schedule

Total Cost: 8 days/7nights = $1288 ($161 per day)

This does not include airfare, travel, and shuttle service from the airport and to the Ranch. The shuttle fee is $30 round trip. Shuttle service is provided from the Great Falls, Montana airport on a group charter basis. Pirkko Miller will be coordinating flight arrangements and shuttle service with the Ranch.

$300––deposit to reserve place in workshop
$500––due May 1st
$488––due August 1st

Credit Card Payments: If you choose to use a credit card for payment, a 2.75% administrative surcharge will be added (thus, for the entire payment, surcharge is $35.42). Credit card payments can also be made by phone to Pirkko.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations prior to July 30, 2000 will receive refund minus $150. No refunds will be given to cancellations received after August 1, 2000. If you use a credit card, we can only refund the actual cost of the retreat and not the surcharge.

Note about payment schedule: Of course you can make additional payments between the time of sending your deposit and August 1st but complete fees must be received by August 1st. If we do not receive payments as scheduled and you have not contacted Pirkko to make other arrangements for payment, we will assume you are no longer planning on coming and your space will be made available for someone else. We find it necessary to have such a policy to meet our responsibilities to the Ranch. Also, if women are on a waiting list, and space opens for them to participate, they need to have time for making the necessary arrangements allowing them to come.
