Shamanism and the Medicine Wheel

There are many books and articles on the Medicine Wheel. At this site, I am simply going to start posting articles that either I, or individuals working with me, have written. This is due primarily to the fact that I am focusing on one, among many, Medicine Wheel typologies. The particular Wheel with which I live, and which I teach, is the Plains Medicine Wheel. As this page evolves, I will list some of the published books I consider especially useful for understanding this very complex cosmology. Although complex the Medicine Wheel is also quite elegant in its simplicity as a representation of the Universe and our jouney on planet Earth. (May, 2009)
